The banks fraud against the court and the American people should be treated as any other entity that has broken the law. Why hasn’t that happened? The SEC has found some courage and determination. Hazah!!

I am anxious to see if they prosecute the case all the way to a court ruling. I see the potential for a settlement, and that in an amount that doesn’t equate to a drop in the bucket.
