Wells Fargo sent a garbled packet of meaningless documents to my son who had his head in the sand. I contacted the sleazeball law firm representing Wells Fargo and shared that I was going to sue and that a forensic audit of the paper work was in process. Ten minutes before the public sale, wells fargo postponed the sale, and suddenly wants to work with us. Amazing huh?

I have filed los pendens but they took 1 property anyway. These were are securitized loans. I want to keep my properties they will not work with me one week they say I make to much the next too little the next short sale them when I get no offers then they try forclosure I try to stop them it’s awful what they have done to people. I ask who the investor is the serviced will not tell me ( do I not have a right to know who owns my notes) or do they know?? Just trying to save my properties. Karen
