If they are judges, wouldn’t they have to be lawyers first? Aren’t they supposed to be the judge of the information that is presented to the courts? Won’t they be made a fool of to put it lightly if they continue to close their eyes? This is the biggest fraud ever brought against the american public and our courts. How rediculous is it when a bank can sell your mortgage, insure it, get bailed out (multiple times possibly) and then get the house too? Are we all really that stupid? Or is it the the attorneys or the judges don’t know any thing about securitization and believe the almighty banks? Or is it just because its easier? So many lawyers are collecting fees every month and not doing any thing except collecting the fees. I did a foresic audit of my mortgage. Thanks. Mfi-miami! The pool has been suspended and no longer reports. Where is a list of all the monies from insurance claims bought by the pools? Doesn’t anyone care deutche is stealing homes across america? Doesn’t any one care the banks are pretneding to modify? They won’t. They already got bailed out. They don’t own the mortgage for u to modify with. What then? When the real owner (if any) comes to foreclose next year? Why are we paying for temp mods when the servicers get paid on that too? They aren’t going to make it permanent…and yet they made millions more on the temporary mods….are we really this stupid?? Don’t modify w/a bank that does not own your mortgage. Why would anyone in their right mind do that? Because we are all not in our right minds. How can we be? Let the truth be told. Stand up! Do an audit. Show them u r not stupid and are sick of being their puppet. Change the role to the puppeteer. The audit changes that situation. If they can’t prove they own your mortgage, why in Gods name would u ever pay those fraudsters any thing??. Its rape and we r letting them. They don’t own your note!
