					<description><![CDATA[Yes, this is the crux of the effects of this mess. The original lender can come back against the owner, and will likey get at least a deficiency judgment. Homeowners should be fighting this, not to just get a house free and clear. At this point, it seems that even if the house ends up free and clear, that doggone original lender has rights to collection. The debt is owed somewhere, it just seems that the house no longer secures it.]]></description>
