Are there any of you in CO? I have been fighting this for 2 yrs and really need an attorney to come to court with me. I can’t believe how much illegal stuff is going on and no one does anything about it. It doesn’t seem to matter how much proof I have. They just say “We did it legally”. So it must be true. Any one know of any attorney in CO willing to do a contingency case for me? Thanks

Carol if only there were more like you. Homeowners are no longer ignorant, but in many cases we fail to find an attorney “with a set” , or who is willing to question the actions of fellow lawyers and judges.
I wonder how these foreclosure factory attorney’s would fight for their own homes if they were faced with our situation as the “regular Joe” trying to save their home.
Funny thing is, most homeowners have lost their home to foreclosure NOT from being a “deadbeat”, but only after battling their lender for a fair payment, or being dragged through “special forebearance” hell and having all the money sucked from them, with the ongoing promise of modification…….which never happened.
I see amazing wrongdoings within my own states court records and land records…but no one seems to want to do anything about it.
If the homeowner were allowed to speak to Congress…or had lobbyist lke the big banks, maybe there would be a glimmer of hope that the reality of the situation will be dealt with.

Kudos!!!! Thank you!!! We need more Warrior Lawyers like you fighting in the trenches that have become foreclosure law. I have been a civil litigation trial paralegal for over 19 years, and what is going on in courtrooms right now I would not believe had I not seen it firsthand. One of the fundamental rules that all attorneys know is – Never lie to the Court. Yet, I have seen attorneys boldfacedly lie to judges. Once an attorney makes a statement, it carries more weight then gold. This is the reason why so many pro se litigants do not have a fighting chance. The judges are either apathetic or too lazy to apply black letter law.

Keep up the good fight.

thank you for the daily courage you display every day in the fight for the rights of the people of Florida. it is hard to fight the banksters and a court system that is ill prepared to deal with this crisis. it is enchourging to see that the florida some judges are now begining to understant the massive fraud that has willfully and deliberitely been perpatrated upon the public. this is nothing but well planded fraud that goes unpunished. you warriors deserve our gratitude and support.
