Lavalle’s and Lisa Epstein’s (Foreclosure Hamlet) COMMENTS & RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO SHAPIRO FISHMAN, LLP’s MOTION FOR RE-HEARING OR CLARIFICATION regarding verification of foreclosure complaints. I appreciate the opportunity to read and investigate others who have gone to battle with regards to mortgage foreclosures. I too, as a pro-se have been in a battle now for nearly 4 years all the while maintaining possession of my home. I have had my complaint dismissed twice now, yet FDLG have filed for the third time. The fraud is being committed yet again just by way of a different Plaintiff. It appears to me as if FDLG is just expecting the courts to grant a summary judgment in their favor regardless of what the law says. I have more evidence of fraud than one can shake a stick at proving the fraud as well as civil rules violations, and even though I have made several agreements requesting the courts to follow the civil rules of procedures, and the law for that matter. I continue to be ignored. It appears to me as if the judges refuse to conform to the law and rules of court when it comes to a pro-se litigate representing him/herself. Here are my two case numbers if you are interested for your review. 07-ca-11562 and 08-ca-055974 – There are more than 250 pages of information with in these two cases. I have done the research and been to through 6 different judges and some 27 attorneys and not one of them has followed the rules of court or the law, however I remain in my home. I would not classify this as justice, but total proof that corruption in our judicial system does nothing more than wastes everyone’s time and money.

In reply to Nye Lavalle. Shapiro is part of the team suing us for foreclosure via Citi. Citi hired co-counsel Akerman and Senterfitt 60 days after Shapiro submitted the Re-hearing affidavit to the court. I guess they did not like the comments. Now they are under an AG investigation HA!. Citi never filed an assignment with the court in my case. Their name is not on one document in my case. I've submitted over 13 affidavits and they have emphatically refused to answer any per the law. I have a Negative Averment Hearing 8/26/10. Summary jugement hearing has been cancelled 3 x. They asked for more time to produce the origianl wet ink document back in March. No document yet..... I beleive the fraud is getting ready to explode not just in this investigation but will set a precedent in all states

Many thanks for the kind words Michael! I’m proud to have new and great advocates and activists such as you, Lias, Tom, Matt, Chip et al join those of us who have been championing the cause of real freedom and justice for over a decade now. While the court did not accept our brief due to technicalities, I do believe they and many others have read it and learned. You’re doing great work in your digging efforts and I just returned from a trip to Atlanta and Hilton Head where I met with a group of prominent lawyers who are going to join us in this fight and make it right by all! Thanks again and wait till you see what I have cooking in FLA and GA in suing some judges, lawyers and the Republican Whip of the state Senate in GA! Will keep you posted!
