It is pointless just like bolting the door after the horse has bolted. You can accomplish the same thing by rescinding the mortgage and placing a cloud on title prior to judgment of foreclosure. See Cancel the Mortgage at documentaryclearinghouse.com This is a real legal bulldozer, and you will not be arrested or have to serve time on probation.
