As you may have read, the Attorney General of Florida is investigating three firms , Stern, Watson, Shipiro & Fishman for forged documents filed with the courts invarious foreclosure cases. In research for my son who is going through the process, the names that appeared on his Assignment of Mortgage are those who I realize are quite well known: Beth Cottrell, ( Robo for Chase) and the Plantiff Attorney is Watson.
Thanks you for the Fraud Digest Blog for putting the M & T vs. Lisa D. Smith on as it duplicates our position with Chase Bank. Beside working with a good attorney who stopped the foreclosure for my son in Nov 2009 by his immediately sending a Notice of Interrogatories to plantiff which they have to date not answered. The court entered a dismissal but now, with a similar case it will be determined in the 2nd Court of appeals if the dismissal allows the Plantiff to come back and renew the case. Now we are waiting for the answer on the dismissal and have not gone forward with all of the information I garnered from the internet blogs. As far as the fraud which we see in our judicial system and the banks are concerned I think our hope is to unindate our congressmen with what we have read and suffered through. Our tool of course really is in the power of internet and the assembling of information through the experiences of each other. I see that I am a lake joiner

What you say makes so much sense. Judges ARE smart, and if all of us see this blatant disregard for the law, fraud and forgery brought into these Judges courts why on earth should we beleive they don't see it also.

Why has all of this taken so long for a judge to wake up? How much fraud and deceipt is any judge going to tolerate? This is so similar to so many case across america-and yet-judges are still turning a blind eye to the banks. Perhaps they will realize what is really happening before the whole united states is homeless-that is if they got a mortgage from 2004-2009! This is the most deplorable attack upon our courts. Aren't judges supposed to be SMART and put on the beanch for all of their experience and knowledge?? Then why are they NOT standing up to this across the board and screaming-this is a total insult upon their intelligence....as a lay person I know more than the judges do about what is happening to defraud america and our homes...are the judges stupid? Or just petrified of standing up to the banks that own their own portfolios???Look @ judge sassers assets in palm beach county and ask yourself...would I go against my very own nest egg and investments???? I'd say there is a huge conflict of interest or just another consperacy....debi j. Boynton bch florida
