The biggest theives are the ones everyone expects to offer an unbiased/impartial answer. I’m amazed by the outright trickery at all levels. Especially, the attorneys that are supposed to represent the homeowners.Wanna see just how bad the bankers are? Look up cases by the Shapiro Atty Network, Logs.com, David Kreisman and Gerald Schapiro…Their thieves with ENDORSEMENTS!

I figured out the hard way how bad they are…They are enough to make someone go insane! Their lies are harming so many! Somehow the protectionism needs to STOP! What’s the use in being a banker if all of them LIE? By doing what their doing their killing THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! Forget an HONEST SHOT FOR ALL! Only a select few are getting a shot…This has to change!

In reply to Maria Cheshire. I don't understand how the courts are involved: losing evidence, suppressing it, simply refusing to see it. It happened to me, too.

This is so TRUE! We do not need to look after terrorists in the countries 10,000 miles away. They are right there in our yards. I got a ‘CONVENTIONAL’ loan from Bank of America, but, actually, I got ‘The Only-Interest Loan” with higher Interest Rate than I locked. My Appraisal, I paid for, never was delivered to me. And ‘copy’ shows that I have two lots of land, but I have just one. I paid 5 years for about $526.00 but my foreclosure case shows I paid just couple of thousands! Cool, hu-h? I paid also Lender forced Hazard Insurance, but never had any Insurance Policy. But there is more: foreclosure Case No.: 16-2009-CA-011566 in the Duval County Court of Jacksonville started WELLS FARGO BANK, which has nothing to do with my loan. Law Firm of Marshall Watson has immediately withdrew as soon I started to fight. Law Firm Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo PRETEND TO BE the Counsel for WFB, but sometimes they write in the Sertificate of Service that they are ATTORNEY FOR BANK OF AMERICA. So, there are no REAL PLAINTIFF & NO COUNSEL for it. I fight with NOBODY for one year… I’m Pro Se, 63 years old woman, American citizen-todler (for 4 years), with huge accent, typing my motions by two fingers and, any way, I’m keeping them away from my house so far. Court hiding sometimes my Motions, Lawyers NEVER filed ANY RESPONSES: they just set the ‘Hearing” where only they allowed to talk and denied or dismissed ALL MY mOTIONS listed throughout comma without stating ANY grounds, rules, statutes or laws. It is called “GOTCHA TACTIC”, my objections filed timely NEVER have been answered. I disqualified one judge. And now we go again. I just wondering: if American Banks will grab ALL MONEY IN THE WORLD, push ALL AMERICANS TO LIVE UNDER BRIDGE OR IN FOREST, who will feed these jerks? People of Republic of China? Nobody will be able to keep their jobs. Banks are killing AMERICA. It is how to start any revolutions.
