Please open these files (it is public): The Fl. Bar File No.: 2010-70,971(11F); 2010-70,972(11F); 2010-70,973(11F); 2010-50,681(171); RFA No.: 10-19984. Complaints aganst DONALD A. WICH and ARI N. MILLER even did not their numbers – they are simply IGNORED. All Complaints have been DISMISSED by the Bar Counsels SHANEE’ L. CLARK and HEIDI E. BREWER even without giving Respondents’ chance to answer. All these Lawyers are involved in enforcing fraudulent FORECLOSURE CASES, they provided FAKE INADMISSIBLE DOCUMENTS, refused to answer “Request for Admission”, “Requests for Production” and written Interrogatories in my Case (with faceless Plaintiff) No.: 16-2009-CA-11566; lying at the Hearings and defend each other before Fl. BAR. I filed the Motion to Disqualify Judge and he is GONE! But he DENIED (after he lost personal jurisdiction over Case) my Motion to Disqualify the Lawyers (who represent Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America in the SAME CASE. And I myself IN DOUBLE JEOPARDY because Wells Fargo Bank (I never heard about!) started foreclosure on my house and Bank of America continuing to call me every day about my loan, which is NOWHERE REGISTERED and fraudulent (actually I paid my loan already THREE TIMES). It is very interesting as well that new Judge RE-ASSIGNED my Case to FORECLOSURE DIVISION, which DOES NOT EXIST in the Duval County Courthouse. So I am nowhere now, but I am DEFENDANT. How can they me push from the Court like tis? I have Counterclaim which is not solved. See my Case. Any opinions?
