I have reported all of the horribly unfair and deceptive practices by my lender, PHH mortgage while trying to get a loan mod. through HAMP, to every government agency that I could report it to,except for the FBI and they are next on my list. The one agency that I thought would possibly assist me was SIGTARP. After sending in my very detailed complaint via e-mail with names, dates, times, etc. It took them two weeks to respond back to me via email. They told me in a nutshell that they do not see any evidence of fraud here in my case, by PHH, sorry mam, but we only investigate where we think there has been fraud committed. You are bleeping kidding me right? That is it? It just continues to prove to me and everyone else this is happening to that this whole damned system is broken down. Nothing scares these people no matter what we do or where we turn. I guess the only alternative here is try to seek justice for ourselves is hopefully, through or legal system. SUE NOW ASK QUESTIONS LATER. It is time to try to level the playing field. There seems to be no form of intimidation that we can use against these people except a lawsuit against the lender and possibly the bank. President Obama needs to moratorium foreclosures for a long, long time., to get to the floor of these issues and give the people some leverage against these lenders and Bankster crooks. Otherwise, this is going to turn into a sue happy crazy fiasco that will only further set back the economy.People need to be kept in their homes at all costs. This foreclosure free for all is only allowing these same people who caused this mess to get richer while systematically wiping out good tax paying middle class American citizens. These Banks /Lenders need to be forced to come to the table with us and do a sustainable loan workout to keep us in our homes. The very thing they were given trillions of dollars to do in the first place.
