					<description><![CDATA[PLEASE do not think an ATtorney is the only way to sue...Go to the County Recorder in your area and gather ALL the copies you can on your house...if MERS is involved, there probably won&#039;t be much there, however, get what IS there and then go to the self help desk at your local Superior Curt house.  If you do not have enough money to file the lawsuit, obtain a fee waiver from the Court Clerk, allowing you to file a lawsuit without the filing fees of several hundred dollars.

Go through as many law cases as you can at the Courts computers...see how many &quot;other&quot; cases are being heard in your area naming the same Banksters, Lending Companies and don&#039;t forget MERS...I researched how many cases were pending against MERS and there were over 300!  And I am in a small district in the desert of Sourthern California!

Many Attorney&#039;s will not even talk to you without a $5,000 retainer...hello?  So it is in your best interest to file a lawsuit on your own...there are millions of us doing just that and it is getting the Judges attentions....

There is much help on these websites to help you through the process and as soon as the Lawyers see that the money will come from the BANKS and not we homeowners...then they will jump onboard...

SUE THE BANKS!!  It&#039;s the only way!!

					<description><![CDATA[I agree. I have paid $139,088.30 and principal has been reduced ONLY $14,891.46 in 4 years. 

I never paid late, applied for a HAMP loan modification, was told my credit would not be damaged nor principal inflated, and both happened. SAXON ruined my credit, even after disputing it they affirmed that I was 90 days late/60 days late/30 days late, and I never was, but their accounting system for the modification decided I did. SAXON added $4500 to my principal. I now owe $320,608.54 in PRINCIPAL (imagine with interest???)  on a house that is now worth less than $100,000. 

I would like to find an attorney who could help me stay in the home long enough to justify paying almost $140,000 in &quot;rent&quot; and getting my credit ruined, because I find it difficult to see any other reasonable way to proceed. Short sale? Sure, nobody wants this house, there are HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS much newer and much better and much much cheaper in the 20 mile radius - not to mention the region! 

Yes, I love my home and would love to keep it, but it is insane to pay this loan that is 300% (at least) of the market value of the home. This home will NEVER be worth what is owed on it, even if the economy booms back, due to all the beautiful empty homes with wonderful property sitting empty and available cheaply nearby.
