They’ve resisted FOIA requests in the past (with Obama’s support apparently) but that was before they became complete wards of the state. Should also file a complaint with the TARP regulator about a waste of TARP funds; there’s a TARP cop that’s easy enough to find tasked with looking out for garbage like this.
