I am in the middle of a four year long battle with the Bank Of New York as trustee for CWABS 2006-26. I just won a stay in the Appellate Term of New York 2nd Department. In the original foreclosure complaint, there is an affidavit from Keri Selman acting as a VP for BONY. I would be happy to fax this document to you.
