absolutely. but again the Florida judges ignore these material facts, blinded by the money and kickbacks , backdoor deals they have with Stern.

The Florida Bar is useless and the Judicial Qualifactions Comission is a joke so is the Department of Regulation and Finance. Bill Mc Collum’s office is useless since he cannot interviene and Crist is too busy building his independent voice to care and does nothing as well and the arm of government responsible for protecting the rights of the people the Department of Justice does nada!

With all these checks and blances failing, where do you think that leaves the homeowner?

ALL OR MOST OF THE JUDGES IN THE FLORIDA JUDICIARY ARE CORRUPT! Florida is a judicial state, summary judgments are signed by judges with a rubber stamp and not their real signature, go figure!

The pockets of judges in Florida are lined with money Stern doles out to them. He is even allowed by judges to use the judges rubber stamp in his office without the judge being present. Again ,Judges in Florida sign documents with rubber stamps and not their signature. How can the Florida Supreme Court try Stern for fraud when the judges put in place to prevent fraudelent foreclosures are themselves comitting fraud?

I agree that the law offices of David Stern comits fruad and stern is scum however the judges are also scum. Judges and attorneys in Florida are corupt t the bone.
