To my surprise Dhurata Doko is the notary on both. Wonder if I’ve got a problem. Luckly no Linda Green on mine.

The judges are granting the injunction to stop the foreclosure but are requiring “rent” be paid to the lender’s attorneys trust accounts. Interesting thing is these monthly checks are being cashed by the other attorney in only half the cases as certain banks don’t want to be accepting further payments. Wow! I just found this site after watching the recent CBS 60 minutes segment. I also have AHMS Inc. “as holder in due course” of my mortgage. Also Deutsche Bank Trust is involved. My question is: Have you filed suit against AHMSI and if yes, do you have a copy of your legal brief and filing?

It’s happening in Georgia as well. Since Georgia is a non-judicial foreclosure state, we have pretty much zero recourse except a Chapter 7 or 13 filing, and the BK attorney I talked to told me it’s not worth it, to take the credit hit and walk away.

Might I mention AHMSI cashed two mortgage payments, put our home into foreclosure the next day, then refunded the payments? We were holding out for Cash for Keys, but they’ve lied pretty much every day for the last 60 days and we’ve given up.

There was an Assignment of Beneficiary with the documents. Linda Green signed the documents as VP for Pacific Mortgage.

Pacific Mortgage is still in business. I picked up the phone and called to speak with her. No one there by that name.

I asked to speak with the owner. I described the document and the borrowers. He had never heard the name of Linda Green. She had never worked for him. But the borrowers had the loan done by him. He cooperated with the attorney.

When the lawsuit was filed, the judge immediately granted the injunction. Now, AHM is calling the attorney daily and leaving messages to speak with her. She is just biding her time, and will get a great deal for her clients.

I just stumbled onto this web site by chance. Our home was foreclosed on last year by American Home Mortgage, Inc. and Deutsche Bank Trust Company. We tried to avoid it by asking them to work with us. They said that they were and the next thing we knew, we were in foreclosure. We never got a straight answer from them.

This is not just happening in New Hampshire, it’s happening in Texas also!!

You must be sworn or asked do swear this is the truth the whole truth etc… that is indicated in the jurat . It is the notary that affirms the swearing not the individual that supposedly swears.

If anyone has contact with the defendant you might want to alert him about this fact.
