Wonder if BofA, or any of its’ many susidiaries; such as RECONTRUST have been aware of this. Are subsidiraries considered as 3rd parties? I can’t get over the name “RECONTRUST” ~ Yup! wwe’re gonaa con your trust again. Personally they can all take a flying (or thrown) leap off a cliif into the deep morass known as Sheol.

can someone tell me what this means to main street? is this good for us or bad? I see that they allow assignments with mers still envolved? is that a new a victory for mers or is a mers assignment legal? I thought you cant assign or transfer what you dont have? please someone explain what all this means?

LOL, Michael, do you think our work and exposure of Stern, Shapiro, LOGs, LPS, FDLG, Watson, and all the other crooks and cons had anything to do with it? LOL Or, did they know Mother Jones story was coming… Or, did they finally wake up to what I told them and they investigated almost a decade ago! Different Fannie Mae, less arrogant, with an Obama administration, I must say!
