awesome! how did you get to court so fat! I am taking on US BANK, pro se, and it has been 3 years since the case was filed, fraud,malice, ,breach, etc, and the judge has now placed the r4ial 8 months out in April! I mus be fighting at least 8 attorneys so far, but I have the docments to prove the fraud, they even filed fake loan #s with repsa , and under the federal truth in lending.. also , along with the title company, they altered the dd of trust substantially turning my home into a ‘commercial construction lot,! ( with DNR on the loan records.

I hope I can come to a solution soon, it was $835,000 property values, and I lost it all. I filed the suit before foreclosure, but it is dragging on forever. ….thanks for the good news, I amglad to see another David fighting goliath.!
