Are the prosecutors too busy or are they just looking the other way?

If the United States is a government of, by and for the people, why do we have to beg a prosecutor to prosecute crimes committed against us? Could it be that the powers provided for the people to hold government accountable have been usurped and that even the knowledge of these powers has been censored?

I have been living this Hell now for a long long time. Stop and go back to our documented history and find
in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence our founding fathers brought forth a Government for the people, and by the people were protected by these drafted documents. Since the New Era deal our Constitution with those laws have become a evolving Constitution one of what ever the Courts want to change they just change .Politics as usual the end justifies the means . Money speaks and the people like sheep follow to slaughter.
