In reply to Ali. Ali Don't let them beat you down, no matter what. God will provide you the strength if you ask. They can take your things but don't let them take your spirit. Remember there are so many more experiencing the same. My state recorder told me that it didn't matter if there were three different versions of my mortgage as long as only one is recorded and all this robo signing stuff is much about nothing. If we all just paid our mortgages like we are supposed to everything would be fine. I had to contain myself from going off, but I felt I best calm down and write him a letter later. Please do what you must to take care of yourself.

Isn’t it an awesome feeling Katherine to stand up for ourselves in court… ! Those of us who know the truth is that is our right as citizens of the United States of America to stand up for our Constitutional and therefore our legal rights in court …and no one can do it for us…! If what that bankster attorney said is true, that the judge if favoring pro se defendants…than all I can say to that is Thank God and God Bless America…! and God Bless those innocent victims of that school shooting and their families down in Ohio today…!! What a horrific tragedy…!! This is just more proof how much WE THE PEOPLE must stand up for our right to bear arms…because these lousy rotten criminal banksters and traitor politicians have caused untold harm and now it is all causing chaos in this country…and those criminals and traitors were no doubt the cause of this tragedy somehow from behind the scenes of this..Satan and his evil minions and cohorts were no doubt the cause of this and they were and are lurking……..!

Your court experience sounds very similar to mine last Wednesday. We must have hit on something because both your court and mine have not been very friendly towards this fraud! I put my legal arugments in written form based on my thoughts that I would get tongue tied. Didn’t happen though which is weird because I have also had horrible stage fright when talking in front of people. I asked God to help me find the courage to be confident; and he must have come through; no fear at all! BoA attorney says on the way out that I was receiving favortism due to the fact that I’m pro se. Hey tell yourself whatever you want to justify you are desparate and have no “defense” other than to attack me personally. Have at it Bud!

The Judges so far in both of my home and business property fraudclosures seem a bit intrigued our stand…They dont see much of that in COOK COUNTY FRAUDCLOSURE COURT……!! The Judge in my house fraudclosure said I have to prove my claims…so I believe that I may have turned the tables on that quite a bit in my favor when I spoke THE TRUTH and I told the Judge in open court that all of the Plaintiffs claims thus far have been insufficient in law and they have yet to reveal a valid legal assignment.AKA….the ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST OR THE COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST…AKA …THE TRUST AGREEMENT..THE BANK ATTORNEY STOOD THEIR WITH HIS HEAD DOWN…AND I GLANCED BACK AT THE BANKSTER ATTORNEYS TABLE AND THEY DID LOOK ABIT APPALLED AND AGHAST AT MY SHORTLIVED SHOCK AND AWE SPEECH IN OPEN COURT..!!…..THE JUDGE COULDNT GET ME OUT OF THE COURTROOM FAST ENOUGH THAT DAY…AND THE JUDGE GAVE ME ANOTHER SHOT AND 3 WEEKS TO RE-SUBMIT MY ANSWER AND AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES..AND ASKED ME TO PERSONALLY HAND HIM A COURTESY COPY OF MY RESPONSES TO PLAINTIFFS CLAIMS…..SO NOW THANK YOU VERY MUCH JUDGE FOR THAT CHANCE BECA– USE NOW, IT IS NOW TIME FOR ME TO KICK SOME BANKSTER ASS WITH THE TRUTH AND IT IS TIME FOR ME TO RAISE SOME VERY BIG SUSPICIONS WITH THE JUDGE THAT THESE CROOKS HAVE INDEED COMMITTED MASSIVE FRAUD IN OUR NAMES, WITH OUR SIGNATURES AND THAT THEY DID INDEED DISHONOR OUR NOTE AND OUR SIGNATURES…WHICH I ALSO HAVE CASE LAW AND THE RULE OF LAW TO SUPPORT MY CLAIMS…WHICH RENDERS EVERYTHING THEY CLAIM TO BE A NULLITY…BUT ALSO I HAVE THE PROOF THAT BANKSTER FRAUD WAS INTENTIONAL AND THEY INTENDED TO DO PERMANENT HARM TO US …….(LIKE WHEN IS FRAUD EVER COMMITTED WITHOUT THE INTENT TO DO PERMANENT HARM..?IT IS A CRIMINAL ACT…AND MOST ACTS OF FRAUD ARE FELONIES…….!!) What really frosts me is that nobody on the local levels, like your friendly mortgage broker, recorders office’s who keep allowing fraudulent documents to be recorded, even though they KNOW the truth, now it has been announced that there has been an ongoing investigation called “Perfect Hedge”, and the FBI is putting out public service announcements staring Michael Douglas from “Wallsteet”. More info is sopposed to be available on the FBI’s webssite, http://www.fbi.gov, my guess is they are gooing to put all the blame on hedge fund players, anyone else except the banks of course. Thanks for you kind thoughts IVent, anytime you need someone to go to court with you in Chicago just let me know. I guess I’m not to big to jail. Have bond money saved!!!!!

Thank you so much for your hard work and never give up attitude. You are loved and my prayers are with you’ theis comes at a time when I was feeling beaten down and ready to give up, (as my health is detiorating). You inspire me to keep going inspite of the fact that I am from Illinois and the corruption is allowed to go on unabated and people are afraid to even speak up except with the exception of some wonderful people who visit this site I thank all of you.
