Dear Americans,
What is happening in Florida very well can happen in other States near you. Don’t you ever think it will never happen to you. If you do, you are kidding yourself, or perhaps you are not very well informed of what the banks are doing to people who had even already paid their homes free and clear. I happened to know that there are millions of Americans that are not hurt by this economy. However, what is happening to the rest of the population, pretty soon can happen to you. The only thing that makes you different from the rest of us is that you just don’t know it yet. If the banks decided to take your home either by mistake, by eminent domain, or by vicious malice, the question is, what are you going to do about it? Did you know if you don’t contest the foreclosure, the judge is not going to do it for you? Did you know if you don’t get involved, get educated, or learn to fight back, very soon you will be another statistic in the banks’ books?
I just read an article where the Judges are saying, is not their job to defend your case. Either you file a complaint, fight back and show up in court to contest your case, or get an attorney to represent you, otherwise, might as well give your home to the bank or simply walk away. I am not encouraging anyone to walk away from their home. Isn’t it better that you file a complaint first and beat the banks in their game by filing a lis pendin law suit against the bank before they do it to you?
Why not put the burden of proof in the bank’s hand first, rather than the bank putting the burden of proof in to your hand? Look at it this way, the one who punches first will win the fight at the end. God Bless You! and God Bless America!

Doesn’t it seem very weird that NO JUDGES OR FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, OR PUBLIC TRUSTEE’S HO– USES ARE GETTING FORECLOSED ON? Someone needs to start auditing all the Recorders Books to see how and when they were all PAID IN FULL, OR WERE THE DEEDS JUST MADE TO LOOK THAT WAY? From researching in CO, I find that the Public Trustee’s deeds are all released and recorded the same day. Why does it take years for my deed to get recorded from 1 Lender to Another? There’s alot more going on behind the Chambers Doors then we are seeing, or no one is looking there, except me. I am researching every avenue I can think of, so when I do get my day in court, I will be taking someone down with me. I’m going to start filing complaints with the FBI and US Treasury and see how long before they start initiating Fraud cases. With our help, it will be sooner rather than later. These people are bigger crooks than 90% of the people in prison. We need to make them start answering!

Whores! The lot of them! Now we know who they really work for – THE BANKS! Their god is the dollar. To all that are participating in this government sanctioned scam to defraud the people of Florida. Shame! Shame! Shame! Who will judge the judges? Where is the outcry from our politicians running for a seat? Where is the media? Where are the watchdogs? After Florida helped Bush steal the election I did not think Florida could stoop any lower to please the powerful, but now I know it is possible, and it is happening right before our eyes. These people do not represent the people, so it is time to throw them out by force. Dare I say it? Time for a revolution!

“A judge who receives information or has actual knowledge that substantial likelihood exists that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar shall take appropriate action.” FL Judicial Code of Conduct, Sec 3(D)(2).

Judge Blanc; you know that filing fraudulent pleadings is a blatant violation of the rules. Why don’t you show us where it reads that one party needs to plead the fraud cause guess what Blanc, I don’t see that anywhere.

The civil rights suits that will be coming over the next couple years will erase the other half of the PBC budget the “leaders” of the County haven’t already squandered by betting it on MBS’s.

How in the world can this happening to the people in this country? Where are the fathers of the law of the Land, the senior judges, the righteous professors of law in the greatest universities in this country?
What about our High Supreme Court of the United States of America?
Are you all watching this happening enjoying your ice tea?
Hello! Mr. President, Are you aware of what the Banksters are doing to the court system of this country?
Is not enough what they had done to the people and the government, but now to the courts?
How can people let this happen when the ones making the decisions are the minority buying the system with a few dollars? People do not have dignity anymore!
Is this happening only in Florida? How about New York or other Judicial States? Does anybody know if this is happening in California or other Non-Judicial States?
We have been taken this type of abuse for over three years now. How long are we going to take it? Everything is in the talks and hope and no action. Everyone is waiting for an angel to save them for what is coming.
Or we are not going to do anything because it is not happening to us. Is that the attitude we all take or we don’t want to get involve? Or is everyone waiting for the new election date on November to see the majority of the Democrats being spelled out and the minority of Republicans take over the house and the senate.
Why people don’t wake up once and for all of that dream, of the drug the media and the government had infiltrated with false reports and lies just to keep you at ease for awhile?
The whole thing is a charade, a circus where the judges will be the clowns entertaining the wishes of the banksters. Bringing retired judges to pay them a few dollars to clean up their mess.
Now the judging system is corrupted and been thrown out the window.
What will happen when this mess is all over? With what credibility or dignity if any, will a judge be able to decide a case, when in their mind they know, they did thousand of cases without applying the law.
Are the lenders using the judges to do the same as they did when they approved all those million of loans that they knew where going to fail?
If the judges continue doing the dirty work for the lenders, there will be one day for them, the judgment day! What will the judges answer to GOD when he will ask, what did you do for the people who needed you to make the right decision?
Where are the economist of this country? Where are the leaders of this country? How can any smart person let the banks get away with so much? Does anybody know that there are more than 11 million foreclosure until today in this country? If we don’t do anything about it, there will be over 13 million foreclosures by the end of this year and 25 million foreclosures by the end of 2011.
Can we afford this madness or is Mr. Obama going to do something about it?
What are we waiting for? What are you waiting for Mr. Obama? Can you afford a Civil War and Blood Shed?

Nothing like laughing at the real suffering going on in your community to engender trust.

Is the goal to incite anger and outrage? If so, it worked. This Florida Bar article published on the heels of last week’s rocket-docket transcript should wipe away any pretense of Florida having a trustworthy judiciary.

Foreclosure defense is now, by necessity, civil and constitutional rights defense. G-D help our attorneys. They are practicing law in what is essentially a lawless M*A*S*H* chamber.

I would be glad to forward this, of course it would help if it were broken down with just the main facts, shortened for those not well versed in legalese. There are some points I’m not to sure of, like the Baker thing, is it saying that they can force a homeowner to get a psych exam because they are fighting the foreclosure?
I agree we must fight and let the world know what goes on behind those courtroom doors, the lies, the tricks and the favoritism the banks get have to be exposed.
The situation isn’t much better here in Michigan either.
It’s all part of the illusion that the banks are too respectable to stoop to dirty tactics or lying and it must be the fault of the deadbeat homeowners.
Too bad 60 minutes isn’t on this case like white on rice.
If this keeps up by spring there will be tent cities all over the country.

Shame on them.

Separation of powers? Due Process? Cases adjudicated based on the merits as opposed to hitting a target of backlog clearance? Open access to our courts? Impartial judges who don’t induce parties to waive rights or call one party’s counsel “my attorneys”?

Sure. Sure. Right. As soon as the backlog is cleared, the judiciary will go right back to following the rules of law, evidence, procedure, and judicial administration! Of course they will. For now, it’s purely suspended animation.

We fought so hard to prevent the Florida Bankers’ legislation from turning Florida into a non-judicial foreclosure state. And this is the end result of our pyrrhic victory. We’ve earned the horrifying realization that our judiciary is fully corrupted and perverted by the bankers’ pressure on the legislators who have given marching orders.

This horror is much more devastating. Foreclosure crisis notwithstanding, raise your hand if you want your legal issues and problems adjudicated by judges who kneel to the whims of a separate branch of the government?

These are perilous times indeed.
