Remember there are very strict time lines and very technical requirements that must be followed in order to challenge judgments based on these affidavits.

Yes….. I was foreclosed with a Jeffrey Stephan Affidavit ….I am using the two depositions from Stephan in my quiet title suit .

Iam so delighted with this Florida Default Law-less Group ” Notice “of the Roberto Sanchez case.

I hope this means that all the millions of foreclosuse case’s that used a Stephan affidavit will be voided …and reversed with prejudice……
