If they make a committee which includes the feds and fdic etc., we as homeowners might as well hand them our keys. If anyone does not believe the feds started all of this, you are living blind and deaf. Look at all the securitization and pools. Half of them have been bailed out….where did all that money go that was used to pay off the securitized mortgages in full? They get paid off and then foreclose on the homeowner via a trust thats either suspended or terminated with the mortgages all being paid in full.
I can’t imagine that adding the perpetraders to the guard who oversees “fraudulent foreclosures committee”is going to help any one except the bailed out pools and banks. Everyone should do a legitimate forensic investigation before its too late. As u can see, no one else will or can protect the homeowners except for the homeowner themselves….get a good attorney and do an audit. The pools are full of fraud and bailed out mortgages! Dont play dead-stand up!!! DJ
