Even if a written opinion is not forthcoming, don’t forget that the very well researched and written Initial Brief of the Appellant cites controlling precedent which prohibits the dirty tricks used by the foreclosure mills.

Also, don’t forget that the prosecutors are working on this. The banks and their mill attorneys are worried because they know that the word is that indictments are coming soon.
