I have aquestion…once a mortgage is satisfied ,and the bank sends a letter of satisfaction, should they not also have sent the original note stating paid in full also???? Especially if it was an FHA loan? Or equity line?

Also, is a new note created each time a home is refinanced?

WOW! I concurr that there is a breaking point…and I for one dont want to witness it either…but the banks perpetruating these fraud should be allowed fail/ to collapse…the economy is already in a mess…and that of the world’s….people’s morale and disappointment in the violation of the constitution, the hopelessness that haspermeated the nation, treating Americans like indentured servants, compromising their future,and dreams and that of their future generationto becoming indentured servants to serve the foreing bnaks like Deutche…who has done so wickedly,check out their history, who actually owns, not trustees….mmmm….

I know that stimulus money is being spent in the banks in the caribbean and elsewhere…someone continues to get rich and richer…off the broken homes and off the homeless via foreclosure in the USA. Should the banks and be allowed to collapse, then we can have new and local and better ones, there will be hope again for theAmerican people to want to work again to rebuilkd a better and more sustainable economy…

We are a resilient people…we can rebuild again….I believe there is only a % that collaborated in fraudulent applications so the majority shouldstart to filefor quiet title…and be allowed to move on with their lives…we need to get back credibility in the american system and in our leaders at every level of the political pole…

Our forefathers were truly visioneries…they tried even then to protect our homestead…imagine…

Bravo!!!! I have been blogging everywhere about this before it hit the fan. For almost two years I have been fighting Nationstar which by the way is servicer to GMAC and the same exact violations are their norm. I even have a forged signature on my closing documents. I have rescinded two month ago after they deny any culpability, as the same with GMAC. They refuse to honor the rescission and still coming after my home. I will keep up the fight, until I find a lawyer and judge thats not afraid to do a little work. They don’t want to dirty the Big business and the governments pocket because they would lose millions from the fraud they are permitting, now that they own more then half of GMAC. These lenders have gotten paid more then 5 times the $51000 of my homes worth from the fraud, and collecting the bailouts, and securities fraud they committed, and now they want my home? I don’t think so Mr Obama, your friends are going down. And I’m joining the gang war.
