adjudicated at the trial court level” good luck with that. This suggestion is “very helpful” since the “senior judges” can’t care less for Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal guidelines, case law or any sort of precedent and they care even less about attorney misconduct because they are the first promulgating it (or allowing it).

HERE HERE !!!! I agree and am ready to surfer the consequence of it also. I would rather my children and grandchildren see me in prison then to know i sat and did nothing to stop this madness . It is they that will pay the ultimate price of this nightmare. We are already are reduced to less then slaves ever were . WHAT THE BLANK are they going to have to live like if “WE THE PEOPLE” do not stop this madness.

When trained thieves are asked to supervise and prosecute their own kind, what else can we possibly expect but a redirect? And, it is a redirect to the viper’s pit – the Florida Bar! The Florida Supreme court and the school of thought they subscribe to proves one thing. They have no balls! They are a bunch of pansies.

Yes, there are always exceptions to the rule. Like those who are promoting this blog and exposing the thieves amongst them, but the shame they must wear because of the despicable actions of their comrades, must be hard to bear. At least they have the courage to stand up and fight the ‘good’ fight and stand in the clear light of day exposing the works of darkness. Now that takes some big ones! Total respect folks! Keep it up.

Trihcimh, I am already doing that, not for mercy, but for swift and final judgment. If the “love of money is the root of all evil” then this foreclosure scam (let’s call it what it is) whose tap root is evil personified, is the tallest tree in the forest, and one that will bear a bumper crop of poisoned fruit that will kill so many dreams and ruin the faith of a nation in their leaders and the place this nation has in the world. When our leaders (in their minds) are not able to stop this madness, then they are no longer qualified for any office or position of authority ever again.

I know I should not be but I am shocked beyond belief. If the supreme court can not stop the rape of this of this country’s “American Dream” Then can somebody any body tell me who can. I see Florida and California getting this biggest blunt of this at this time however I check my state daily and I can see the snakes squirming in more and more every day

I am in wonder of how anyone that touched one piece of this fraudulent paper or just simply sees it as it flies by how can you people sleep at night. I am a by stander here and this is keeping me up many many nights. I was raised to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. My parents did not know they needed to teach us not to expect others to do the same especially those who are suppose to protect “WE THE PEOPLE”

If my Father were alive today and saw what my eyes see it would kill him. He was so proud of this country and the judicial system. As much as I miss him Thank G-d he is not here. It will be hard and it will not happen today but I will get to a point where I can Pray for all of you crooks !!

Wow.. REALLY? So we have the buck passed one more time!!!!!!

It’s funny how NO ONE can do anything, but when our current Administration wants to pass a bunch of bills in the dark of night and on Holidays, then sure have power then!!!!
