I have been sending emails faxes to the Florida AG’s office, my local representative, attorneys that I worked with in the past, the Florida Bar, Senator Bill Nelson, the White House, Senator Al Franken, the FBI, etc., and never received a response. Or in the rare occasion there was a response, it was always that there was no wrongdoing. There are many people that have been shouting at the tops of their lungs for many, many years (Neil Garfield, Jack Wright, Mike Dillon, etc.).

Don’t get me wrong, I am happy that finally the fraud is being brought out in the light of day. But I worry about all those that have lost their homes due to fraud on the court. What will their recourse be? Many are now homeless. What type of restitution should be demanded for them?

The Florida Supreme Court’s response to Rep. Grayson’s letter was a slap in the face of all those whose homes are being illegally seized. To say that if there are errors, the homeowners can appeal is disgusting and trivializing the fact that fraud on the court is being committed on a massive scale in Florida courts. It reinforces the notion that Florida is a haven for criminals and criminal activity. I keep going back to the little fact that during the housing boom, over 10,000 felons were licensed as mortgage brokers. Additionally, over 5,000 felons were licensed as loan originators.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all who are fighting to bring the fraud out in the open.

I hope you sent a copy of this to the President, Vice President and every member of Congress, every state Attorney General and include some examples.Then they can’t claim “We didn’t know”. We need to somehow get their attention and let them know how angry we are, how our rights are being stolen in our own courtrooms. They need to act now, before one more person loses their home illegally. One more is one too many!
Where is Florida’s AG on this?! Hasn’t he gotten enough proof at this point (I’m sure he has- many websites, such as this one, offer many, many examples of the thievery occurring in our courtrooms) to suspend all foreclosures pending further investigation? Why are foreclosures continuing to be processed in Florida’s Rocket Docket courtrooms? Who are our state’s legal professionals beholden to? Mr. Grayson, I love that you are speaking out finally, how about demanding a foreclosure moratorium from our AG?

I read about how Florida’s Rocket Docket is run by retired Judges, that Right There Should Be Your MAIN FOCUS. I’d put money on the fact that just about every single one of those judges have GROSSLY HEAVY undisclosed INVESTMENT CONFLICT OF INTERESTS in the MORTGAGE INDUSTRY. TRUST ME if you have inside court connections that’s where you should start diggin’, once you find one or a couple the rest should fall like dominoes.

This has never been about free houses. It is about accountability. OWNERSHIP of the NOTE and the right to actually legally foreclose.

If the foreclosing entities have the rights to foreclose then they can, but, when THEY have destroyed all available evidence and then try to cover up their asses/mistakes w/ Fraudulent Assignments and the like, then, if guilty of the laws of OUR Country, you have to pay the Piper.

Sorry Mr.BIG BANK that your scheme has failed…NOT.

Now YOU must pay the price for your misdeeds.

“Too Big to Fail” = Off to JAIL.

May the Courts Nationwide correct the bad manners the banks have played and correct the interests into those who deserve it… REAL AMERICAN HOMEOWNERS.
