I have a copy of an affidavit purportedly signed by Peter Read. Does anyone else have one so we can compare signatures. Do you have other information about Peter Read?

the FIS/LPS is an enterprise. Engaged in activities of which a good number are fraudulent. Criminally fraudulent. Fabrication of fraudulent documents to be recorded in the public records. Preparing, executing and recording a fraudulent document in the public records of Florida is a third degree felony.

Multiple felony counts, by members of an identifiable enterprise, over a period of time = RICO.

The public records fraud is simple to prove. The felony count for each and every one is defined by statue. The documents, after being certified by the clerk of court are good admissible evidence. The crime is recording, or causing them to be recorded. It is also a crime to profit from the crimes.
