Really, Seriously, the Justice Dept….who is looking into them. Pay attention People—-The government gave these banks money to get us to do their home modification program. Bank of America decided to steal the houses from the government by foreclosing on anybody they could. I might add illegally. I have never missed a single payment & they have been trying to steal my house for a year now. There are fraud investors on these loans. Bank of America has been blackmailing the government in my opinion so there for they have been turning their heads on how these giant banks have been stealing. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!

Great! Then when are all YOU law enforcement guys going to start exposing the truth and whistleblowing and start giving us the juicy details for the criminal prosecution of corrupt officials? Federal and State Law enforcement guys don’t want to lose their day jobs because the pay and benefits are the best and only game in town for cops. To think all of you TOOK OATHS to protect and defend…

This is how all great civilizations fell. It begins with endless wars for profit, undue taxation, and a corrupt to- big- to- jail government and crooked officials.

Here is something to think about, 100 years ago, Wyatt Earp was the living legend of the west and a few of us are still living while Earp was in his prime. Not so long ago, huh? Just another long lifetime before that our country was still assembling the first thirteen states. Now go back one more long lifetime, to the late 17th century, where pilgrims resorted to cannibalism to survive starvation. Whole settlements,,………. hundreds of people were lost. That is about as primal as it gets. Are we really that far from the collapse of civilization? Because, from what history tells us, the industrial explosions and science and computer technologies, have examples that take up nothing more then the ” whisper of an echo in the thunder of time”! Time to get back to basics, otherwise the future will be digging up our remains, saying……what a GREAT CIVILIZATION they must have been!!!

In reply to PJ. Most big companies have a recording that says that calls may be recorded. If your bank does and you want to record the call, all you have to do to do so legally is record the call and say can this call be recorded? The bankers will say yes even though they may not understand that they have just authorized you to record the call.

Holder, as well as every other prosecutor in America, is aware of the crimes committed by the banks from loan origination through foreclosure. Don’t you wonder why these prosecutors keep looking the other way while homes are stolen from millions of American families?

Those of us in law enforcement know that when a prosecutor refuses to prosecute in spite of a criminal’s conduct, the prosecutor has been bought off, as in bribed. It is time to vote every prosecutor out of office who has failed to initiate criminal charges against the banks and their minions, and the prosecutors who cannot be voted out need to be prosecuted.

It is time for the honorable members of law enforcement to quit following orders and expose this rampant corruption.

If our bosses and the prosecutors want to keep covering for the criminal bankers and their cronies, then we need to take our evidence to the citizens serving on the grand juries and ask them to investigate and prosecute these criminals.

I have documents in my hand that we just received today from Ocwen Loan Servicing (JP MORGAN CHASE).
I have there written loan lod docs that clearly show signs of fraud. Including the ways to send paymnet. I am not an attorney but I know it is a FEDERAL crime to send & accept money the way this company is requesting. I have the written dialogue from our phone calls over the last few weeks with Ocwen. Dates, time, employee name, employee number, the $ amounts of the loan mod that they offered us, the exact interest rates stated. Today’s docs received are COMPLETLEY different.

I want to get these into the hands of somone in the federal government or national media. Or a really good attorney.
I am in WA State.

I suspected that this was fraudulent before any of this came out in the national media in the last few days.
Ocwen has a BBB score of a F.

Looking for direction.

Hopefully this will get the other states AG’s that have not acted yet to act to protect their constituants.

Most folks don’t vote anymore, but pissed off folks will and do vote, for or against someone that stands up for them, or not!
