Non-judicial foreclosures and evictions. That specifically a non-judicial foreclosure sale should be held in limbo during this investigation and that if Fannie Mae or Freddie have absorbed this property that they issue a stand-down order to the attorneys, realtors and independent “evictions r us” or “cash for keys” companies that are on their payroll – acting on their behalf.
