I have been dealing with the AG’s office for over 10 years, and to date, nothing has happened. Just for fun, I decided to call the number posted and reached my old buddies, JP McGown and T Green. They said my complaint was “old” (even though it was actually ongoing for 10 years in my personal case and is still ongoing with other victims) and they wouldn’t count it towards this “new” investigation. The fraudulent documents were produced, including fraudulent assignments, etc. prepared by DocX – why isn’t this being looked into? For a very simple reason – Pennsylvania is corrupt from the top down and the AG’s office and the judges have been aware of the fraud for a decade now. Their reason for allowing this to happen? “They can’t just look at individual cases”. Well, each and every complaint is “individual” it is up to the AG’s office to “group” them together – but that is too much work for these ne’er do well public servants.

I was advised that they are looking to “compile” the complaints to see if anyone in PA was a victim of the banks as reported by the media.

Jeffrey Stephan looks like? did anyone check Penn State University yearbook to see if he actually went there? His age is given as 41, so should have graduated in 90 or 92. Also, he looks as though he is mentally deficient. Did GMAC bring in this guy seen in the video deposition from a halfway house, or a mental hospital?
