I believe this same situation is also occurring in Florida between Docx/LPS and National Fidelity Title. The processers produce and record unreliable documents, the lenders and judges OK those documents, then the title insurance company associated with the processer refuses to issue insurance because of faulty documents. And they blame it on the lender because the lenders have already admitted problems. Live entertainment is best!

Wow, imagine that. FDLG has New House Title listed in my FC documents. Wander what happens now?

Good thing I have proof of my 2 payments the servicer accepted after FLDG said that we didn’t make.
