I was reading further down the emailed page about the process of delivering the bill to the President and couldn’t help but think… “so, if we use banker techniques here, the Pres MIGHT get an email of ( after it going through a half dozen other entities) what’s MAYBE the bill!”

I mean it would HAVE to go by email cause, the law be damned, that’s the only economically affective way to do these things and, it would have to go through multiple stops BEFORE reaching the Pres., otherwise how would anybody be able to deny any liability? Of course I guess I could go on to say that someone else would also have to “forge” the Presidents signature on it too…. but that’s just being cruel… have a Great day!
