Just to be fair, I’m not sure that the Notary’s signature is different. I’ve been a Notary Public for 12+ years and I can tell you that my singnature changes depending on the time contraint I’m under. If I’m notarizing one or two documents and can take my time, it appears much different than if I have a stack of 20 documents and an impatient client standing in front of me.

Has anybody created a “pay a dollar to search database” of Robo signature images? Maybe LPS could. It would be a nice entrepreneurial venture to replace their Docx group. They have first hand knowledge and lots of computers. And Lord knows they’ll need a new revenue stream.

Inspired by this, I just checked my mortgage satisfaction certificate, from May of this year. A quick google search shows the guy who signed mine as the Wachovia AVP in 2010 was notarizing Wachovia documents up until his certification expired in 2003. It looks like they’d have an employee get their notary certification, serve as the notary until it expired, then have that employee do duty as the “AVP” for the bank.

How can that be? MERS isn’t fraudulant. Why you have R.K. Arnold’s word on that. Of the new suits filed, R.K. Arnold states he will “win them all.” Read on…

R.K. Arnold, chief executive of MERS, told Dow Jones in an interview on Sunday, “There is no doubt there will be more litigation” against his organization. But MERS, he said, has already won thousands of cases challenging its legal standing (only losing some due to procedural slips.) Of the new suits, “We will win them all,” Arnold said. “What we won’t do is settle; that’s our firm’s policy.”

Arnold disputes all such arguments. MERS complies with all federal, state, and country laws–in fact, in some cases its own standards go beyond. Challenging its legal standing won’t impact mortgage servicing rights, he said. “MERS is built on top of the county register,” not to replace it, he said.

“Foreclosures are terrible,” he said. MERS “is not taking the house. But there has to be a mechanism where the loan is enforced.”

I am so looking forward to looking up all the representatives and judges mortgage papers, what are the chances that their papers are fraudulent as well? hmmmmm…..

I would love to see Timothy Geithner, Larry Summers, Angelo Mazilo…….so many that are front man for these bankers. We need to expose the truth about their personal mortgage papers…..I wonder what you’ll find when you dig, dig, dig……
