God I only WISH we could get him to come down to Charlotte County Florida to replace Bill Cameron who will not enforce burglary laws, let alone understand there are laws to protect WE THE PEOPLE…….. Also like MS J said, this is MUCH more than just a couple of these banks though – these need to stop and LAWS need to be enforced…..

Thank You, Tom Dart! Finally a politician who gets it! He is trying to be the GATE KEEPER for homeowners. Something the judges can’t seem to want to do! Now if all of the rest of the politicians would just do the right thing, maybe we would have something here.

HATS OFF TO YOU…..I pray…that this spreds like the cancer that IT IS !!!!! It’s my understanding that some banks are buying them back for $100….righting off the loss…..the poor people still owe the money…..THEN they turn around and sell it for market-A TRIPLE HIT !!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention ……the quasi modifications are a scam…that theyr’e controlling . That’s why everyone’s getting the run-around with them….Yuuuup Mean while the debt continues to RISE !!!!! What a scam…. YOU ARE MY HERO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you GOD!!!! But everyone needs to know as well it’s not only the banks that have been mentioned that have fabricated and false documentation forwarded to the courts. Banks like HSBC, EMC AND DEUTSCH BANK OF AMERICAS, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST, ETC AND A HOST OF MORTGAGES SUCH AS CARRINGTON MORTGAGE AND MANY MORE. THEY JUST HAVEN’T ADMIT TO THEIR WRONGDOINGS.
