1 VENT. . .you are right. . .maybe a class action suit could be initiated right here. . .with enough support we could hire a class action attorney to enjoin BOA, Wells Fargo, GMAC, BankUnited and others. The judges, who seem partial to the banks, might give sway to group persuasion.

I do not think we can win this fight individually. I realize that some of us are closer to being foreclosed on than others and that some of us need to do what we have to do right now to save their homes from being foreclosed on. WE NEED TO MAKE THIS CHRISTMAS ALOT MORE TRADITIONAL AND ALOT LESS CONSUMER BASED. THE TRUE MEANING OF THE HOLIDAY HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY ALL OF THE CONSUMERISM. MOST OF ALL THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO FORCE THE BANKS TO BACK OFF FROM STEALING OUR PROPERTY. IT IS UP TO ALL OF US TO DO OUR PART.
