Well Hello. ACLU! We thought your bus broke down somewhere before the FRAUDIA State line.
(Ooops, sorry, FLORIDA State line….)
When the people finally realize that foreclosurefraud and lending fraud and securities fraud, all bundled up in a nice package – is really the violation of MASS CIVIL RIGHTS, and an attack on PROPERTY RIGHTS, and the obliteration of DUE PROCESS, then the people will organize and – BOYCOTT- FLORIDA’s BANKSTER ELITE and their buddies at LPS in Jacksonville.

The people are fed up with political hacks who protect (alleged) criminal behavior in Tallahassee as well as DC.

Hopefully, the ACLU will stick around a while and investigate the government and its puppets, too.

This can only be viewed as good news.

At the same time it fell well short of what it could/should have been. Denial of due process, both substantive and procedural, are so common in all courts and jurisdictions. Is not due process of law also a civil liberty?

Summary proceedings and judgments in which a defendant is allowed a number of mere seconds, and that in the face of the flaws and defects that have finally come to light, are wholly inappropriate and represent nothing short of denial of due process.

I’ll be contacting my local ACLU and will bend their ears on this.
