OMG…NOW THE FOX IS IN THE CHICKEN COOP TO EAT THE CHICKENS……This whole criminal mess was caused and plotted by the very ones who are making the decisions. ??? I own my home, but I too must speak up for those who have lost their homes or are in foreclosure. The criminal crooks run the government and people need to speak up loud and clear, rally, protest, what ever it takes to get the message across to this government that WE – THE PEOPLE WILL NOT STAND FOR ANY MORE BULL SHIT. THEY PLANNED AND PLOTTED THIS SCAM YEARS BACK WITH THE SMART ASS THOUGHTS IT COULD NOT FAIL. BUT IT HAS FAILED…FAILED BIG TIME…THEY GOT CAUGHT WITH FRAUD…FRAUD IN MANY WAYS..NOT JUST ONE WAY….THE ANSWER TO THIS WHOLE SCAM IS PRISON…NOT SITTING IN A COMMITTEE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO COVER UP THEIR FRAUD. Someone tell me if they ever had a problem leaving a comment on the LA times Website for these articles? I used my email address, the last comment I scorned the author for leaving out information that is important to know the whole picture and it came back and said it could not post it, I changed emails and then its going to be reviewed by the author. What good is it if it has to be reviewed by the writer.

Soooo… what they’re really saying here is… we know there’s fraud, we know there’s rampant and rabid fraud! But we need to let the Banks keep on foreclosing so they can get as much as they can BEFORE we do anything and besides, we’re still not sure just how much WE can get out of them yet! After all, they’re only breaking the law, they’re not hurting us and this a genuine opportunity to get them to give OUR interests a whole lot of money, and anyway, we haven’t yet figured out a way we can “word it properly” so the American citizen still ends up getting it in the A__ while WE & OUR friends make more money! And besides, we got time!

If you’re reading this and have suffered a foreclosure in the past 10 years, I’m begging you, go to one of the many sites that are just chock full of all the information you need to enter your own pleadings into your local court and enter a pleading in your now closed foreclosure to vacate it for fraud! Start tryin to get that house back. Legally and lawfully, there’s so many things wrong with these cases that the judiciary should be giving homeowners not only their homes back FOR FREE but also 100’s of thousands of dollars in fines too.

Come on America… Go for it!

There’s like 4 million of us out here, it’s not that hard and since they started it, it shouldn’t cost you anything but some time and paper.

With sites like 4closurefraud.org and foreclosurehamlet.com and MSFraud.org and so many, many more… it’s really pretty easy and you’ve already lost the house… you might just be part of a movement to get it back!

Unemployed? Take this on as your new profession…. go for counterclaims! It pays horrible at first, but in the long run? Who knows! Take the chance! It might be the best investment you ever made.

Let’s bury the Courts in paper and then let’s see how much time it takes to get this shut down. I’m betting not long.
