Just illegaly forclosed,and had a bank rep purchace my home for $20,000 less that what I owed,and the property is valued at almost $600,000. They auctioned it for a supposed $160,000.? I was making payments,and Bayview was accepting them while we were in a “modification processs”. I/we need help,please?

The bank’s attorneys filed a notice to the court that I had filed an answer to the lawsuit and attached my QWR request (Qualified Written Request that I had sent to the bank’s attorneys)! I filed a motion to strike and also stated that I had not, nor did I intend to ever, give authorization to the bank’s attorneys to file pleading on my behalf!
