We see that in Attorney General elect Bondi’s Transition team, attention is paid to every issue and every on- going investigation to defeat and overturn the National Heath Care Initiative, Medicaid fraud, Medicare fraud, etc… What we do not see is any initiative or transition group dealing with the most serious issue affecting millions of Floridians and the nation in general, that is BANK MORTGAGE FRAUD! No, we are not talking about the few million dollars in mortgage fraud generated by criminals who lied in their loan applications to obtain loans for property; no, we are talking about thieves in business suits, bank CEO’s and corporate hoodlums that created the largest Ponzi scheme in the worlds history that has crippled our economy, the world economy and that has disenfranchised millions of Americans from the rightful ownership of their homestead property.

We just hope and pray that the new Attorney General does not think that this is a problem she will be able to ignore or just sweep under the rug, as this problem is a million times bigger than any issue currently before her office and it will not be ignored, that is a promise that WE THE PEOPLE can guarantee!

I’m not asleep! Not by a long shot. I’ve been working hard to save our family home here where my husband and I raised our kids and where we had every intention of living out the rest of our days. A year ago he was in a head on collision. As a result he now has a traumatic brain injury. Needless to say, our income took a steep dive as a direct result of this catastrophic illness. It’s hard not to notice that our lender is looking for any reason, any reason at all to deny our loan modification. It’s driven me to distraction. I am just so tired of needing to fight with these guys all the time as their breathing down my neck unwilling to work with me at all. I wish I could sleep.

Agree with Jim, it’s football season right?
It’s as if the whole country is asleep!
During elections I told someone that I was considering not voting. I was chastised for even thinking about such a thing, but it’s entirely fine to be numb on antidepressants, reality tv or sports.
Really wish people would wake up and open their eyes to the crimes being committed against the people.

I’m glad that he is planning to leak the info, but unless it has details on the payoffs made to prosecutors, regulators, and members of Congress and the Administrations, past and present, it will be old news to the millions of Americans who know that the bankers are criminal scumbags who are clearly trying to steal everything and crash our economy.
