I already wrote somewhere that one homeless person was arrested when he tried to ride public bus without payment: he had not enough (needed just $1.00). But our HONORS siting in the comfort of ‘their’ offices (paid by Americans taxpayers) protected by armed Security Officers and rob $1000-s or even millions from …those American taxpayers! Larry, I agree with you completely! Sooner or later it could be revolution, during which people will throw away such JUDGES from THEIR OWN homes at streets without any ‘hearings’. If all people will come together and do this, Washington, probably will cancel tourist’s travels across the Planet and start to do its HOMEWORK. Having constantly traveling President is the same as we have NONE! He and the first lady are Lawyers. They MUST UNDERSTAND what going on in the Country. Probably, it is time to stop just demonstrate the clouthes and height of their daugthers… . Do not expect the terrorists from other countries. They’re not crazy to spend their sources because they CLEARLY SEE how DOMESTIC terrorists in the comfortable Courthouses do their work and destroy own Country. Very sad! I felt in love with American Laws. They so amazing, perfect, complete and just! If such Laws will be ‘foreclosed’ on, AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL will go down to hell! In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, we need to declare these crooked judges as having NO AUTHORITY, as Christ DEFEATED principalities and powers at the cross and is Sovereign of the Universe! Let’s declare Christ’s power over all judges, banks and all forms of foreign and domestic tyranny!

The only way this corrupt judicial system will be straightened out is through the pro se’s. Reason being is because of the good old buddy bar association. Do not let this or any other attorney fool you, they know exactly how to fix the wrong doing, corruption, and fraud on the court and in the court, however it is in their best interest not to fix it, stand on the side line and point fingers at who’s to blame.

Freedom comes with a price, and not by way of money which is what the majority of attorney care about. If the price is to stand in the face of doubt, and risk loosing your bar license because you pissed off your bar licensed buddies who are the judges who sit in these corrupt court rooms, or the corrupt bar associations who lobby to keep pro se’s out of the court rooms and teach these judges how to deal with pro se’s. I highly doubt you will see the majority of attorneys any time soon willing to risk their careers to correct the corrupt judicial system.

I am a pro se, and I have beared witness to this corruption for the past four years first hand. I have been up against 37 attorneys and 9 judges now. I have spoken and ask for help from countless other attorneys, and not once has any attorney provided any support, yet I continue to prevail on my own. Thank God I stuck with it, as I have come to realize the power that a pro se has over bar licensed attorneys. We can win, and more importantly we will previal in our quest to right the ship of judicial corruptions.

If you truly want reform, then it is up to you. Pro se’s do not have networks of relationships they must nuture in order to be successful in the court rooms. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain, so take Michael Jordon advice and “Just Do It”

The thing that makes me so angry is that the FLorida Foreclosure Statutes clearly state that the judges have the RIGHT and the RESPONSIBILITY to dismiss foreclosure proceedings when the defendant has proved fraud on the part of the plaintiff during the discovery process.

I cited these statutes in my pro se defense (I can’t remember the statute number…would have to go look it up, which I will do later), but of course the judge just ignored it.
