Your work is scholarly and welcome here- I have just had an experience in a circuit court in Dade County, Florida where even the simplest of terms would suffer from mis-interpretation- or better still- a Judge’s version of “So What?”
BUT, keep on plugging along as your arguments are the clearest I have seen so far.
I am looking for an expert in securitization in the Mami area if you know one or have a colleague who is able to write a brief and testify in court.
I plan to file against all of the plaintiffs and their attorneys for civil conspiracy and other torts so I will need this and other experts.
But, I digress.

What is now FINALLY recorded , nearly FIVE YEARS too late is a SINGLE transfer that is from the supposed originating ‘lender’ DIRECTLY to the BoNY Trustee for the CWABS 2005 pool.

That does not even START at the ROOT of the problems with “America’s Wholesale Lender” mortgage loans (if you even diegn to CALL them mortgage loans).
