What rights does a homeowner have when they realize that fraud was commited when they felt obligated to short sale their house when now looking at the Lis Pendens that was served, now knowing what we all know, that for one – David Stern was the attorney (who has now fled the country on his yacht and under investigation for fraud) MERS was the mortgager ( ? can’t be!) The original note holder did not sign an affadavit to the new. The note was lost or destroyed? There has got to be thousands of people who were victims of this. What recourse do we all have?

If only half of this story is true then Judges must look at these issues. There must be protests on the street about this. Put very large banners on a truck and drive around the court house all day long. Let the people of the town know. We must all now take all of your money out of the banks and put it in the credit unions the banks hate credit unions. Really the banks have no real money it has been printed for them.

This would make a great defense for a good attorney (here is the story). A robber goes into a bank and robs the teller of money demanding that the money is put into a sack, the teller gives the robber the money. The police are called and the robber gets caught. The robber than gets a free attorney paid by the state (homeowners do not get free attorney you must be a criminal to get a free attorney). the attorneys defense for the robber goes like this: Judge the robber did rob the bank but he did not really rob the bank he was withdrawing the money from the tax payers whom gave the money to the bank without the robbers permission, therefore he was just taking was was owed to him. The defendent would like for the court system to look the other way. If you do the defendent would like to donate to the Judge money for your reelection.

Theres something in the air and its not the holiday spirit. Its a riot. America is getting ready to RIOT. Every single red-blooded American needs to stop feeding the banks. Ask them to prove any and all debt claims, verify them completley and stop paying these gangsters if they cannot prove a claim!! They need to build some new prisons for these assholes.
