ProVest has forged process servers signatures, Notarized documents with the person being present, filing daltered documents in the courts and several other illegal acts.

The FBI has been notified so many times and as of this date, nothing has been done.

Several law firms are also involved with these illegal acts.

It must be okay to do this in Ohio because they are still going strong.

Provest has hurt so many process servers and someone should put an end to it.

These people should be knocked down BIG TIME!
Trash Service.
False Affidavits.
and operating under a false name!
Affidavits are indicating Pro-Vest, Inc. and the persons are not associated with Pro-Vest at all!
You will also notice that the paperwork is ALL in the false entity Pro-Vest, Inc. which was dissolved through merger and became Cullen Lewis Inc.
Scott Strady is Director/President of Cullen Lewis Inc. and is Manager of Provest LLC.
They however, as filed in affidavits are using the obsolete name Pro-Vest, Inc.
IF the Attorney General can’t do something about these clear violations of law, the the AG should just be dissolved because they are doing nothing of use to the citizens of Florida!
It’s time we start seeing criminal charges and not just informed that ‘we’re investigating’!

Since filing a false affidavit is perjury which is a crime, I wonder why this isn’t a criminal prosecution, don’t you?

I was a Provest victim. I will not go into details because of my case, however I would love to hear from anyone else who has received sewer service from Provest or anything to help my case.

The way it is setup now there is no accountability for these servers. I also wish we would start seeing some consequences of their lies, from the process servers to the notaries. If it was one of us we would be charged and fined. Lying about service of process is contempt!
