This is the week between Christmas and New Years Eve, with the 20th being a Friday,
Tuesday and Wednesday (24th/25th), the courts are historically closed anyway. It makes sense to cancel anything being held on the Monday before.

The same goes for the following week and the few work days preceeding it.
