This may be a huge hoax on the citizens of NJ and the nation. I know because I have an active case in front of the Hon. Mary C. Jacobson RIGHT NOW, involving exactly the same issues for which she allegedly acted sua sponte in issuing her Order to Show Cause. How and when did she suddenly “get religion”. IMPOSSIBLE! Did she further violate the Rules of Professional Conduct in NJ by failing to show candor to the higher court and/or did she show candor, reveal that she has been poo pooing these same documents and arguments in the Wells Fargo vs. Ott case for a year now? A key notification from her office to me sent in two separate envelopes since I have moved out of state, one to my new address and one forwarded were signed by her on December 6, 2010, WERE NOT POSTMARKED UNTIL SATURDAY, yes Saturday December 11, 2010, WHEN THE COURT WAS CLOSED. This was for an apparent ex parte hearing by Wells Fargo and the Pleuse, etc. law fim, named in the Show Cause Order. WHAT A JOKE ON NJ AND THE NATION!
