Maybe they will take a hard look at Midland Mortgage who continues to service our 2000 FHA/HUD mortgage discharged debt for MidFirst Bank, who is an fha/hud Approved Mortgagee.

Why would MidFirst Bank buy and attempt to collect on a 2000, discharge mortgage debt since 2005. 15 yrs. is a long time after our debts were discharged under our chapter 13 to be harrassed and abused,

I thought we paid our $1,800 monthly dues and could move forward. Thank God I was only attacked once at work by that vicious dog while I delivered mail for the U.S.Postal Service, causing us to file B.R., because our discharge order is no good. It provided no protection after we completed the Bankruptcy in 2000.

It's almost 2011 and the fight goes on to get MidFirst to stop. They got the judge to entere judgment against us to accept there illegal settlement agreement, giving us $40,000, force us to repay the discharged debt against our will. But the debt is still in our name. Maybe Texas Attorney General, Greg Abbot will help us.

Oh, I'm burning the discharge order, its not worth the paper it was written on. Hopefully others will be spared this type of heart ache if Servicers are regulated in the future. Why would a Mortgage Company buy a discharged debt anyway? Google "Zombie Debt Refuse To Die"

Assuming that the needed and constructive attention is given to this letter, what actions, by who, and how soon may be expected? Do you expect any opposition or plain disregard?

On another note, there is interesting question: should and would this "discovered" fraud be persecuted (how it supposed to be) or "the regulators/courts/authorities" will find new ways/laws/excuses to overlook "the situation", fix "the technicalities", and play the same game?

I personally prefer the first.
