My Fellow Americans,
Everything that the AG from Ohio, Mr. Cordray is saying makes a lot of sense. But Did you notice that he said that there is not settlement here? That there is a lot of talking but not settlements. Are we being told the truth by the Attorney Generals in all 50 States about the investigation of the robo-signers and all the wrong doing that the Servicers and the banks had done for more than a decade to the American Public? Or is it business as usual with the Attorney Generals and the too big to fail, just like the Regulators did for all these time where they did not report any wrong doing, because they were in bed with the banks? Remember this is deeper than robo-signers. This goes back to too many wrong doing from Banks doing MBS at Wall St. the SEC, the Transfer of the Notes to the Trustees, and even more deeper than collecting the debt from millions of people for so many years without keeping a good record and accountability. This is because they don't know who the holder of the Note is or the owner of the debt. The servicers had been collecting Billions of Dollars for years and breaking all the rules from the Pooling Service Agreements. If in reality the AG's are investigating anything, why does it take so long to report what they had found? Why is it that the only AG from California, Mr. Jerry Brown was the only one so far being able to do a settlement with Wells Fargo for $2 Billion Dollars to do Loan Modifications with Principal Reduction through the New HAMP-PRA program last couple of weeks? What about all the other banks? Lately, all we hear is about BofA making settlements with the SEC, with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. Is BofA is going to make any settlement with Deuscthe Bank from the suit of $47 Billion Dollars? How can BofA pay so many settlements and still being able to stay in business? Or do you think BofA is going down this year? Why do you still have your account with BofA after all you know they had done to you and to your fellow Americans? If you want to be part of the solution, not the problem, then why don't you do your part and close all your accounts with BofA or any of the big banks.
Why don't you support your local bank or credit union by transferring all your accounts? If everyone in American Does this, we will see how the banks change their tune and start treating you more professional and with respect.
But who needs professionalism and respect when they are taking your home illegally. Please keep up the fight by getting involved and getting informed, and by sharing the knowledge. God Bless You and God Bless America!
