Looks like Judges are becoming “deadbeats” too…
This is no different than every other manufactured default / induced foreclosure…
Cuyahoga County Juvenile Judge Peter Sikora faces foreclosure on his lakefront home
CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court judge faces foreclosure on his eight-bedroom, lakefront Cleveland home after falling a year behind on a nearly $1 million mortgage and property taxes.
Judge Peter Sikora said he hopes a mediation session scheduled for next month will keep him in his Edgewater Drive home, which the Cuyahoga County Auditor’s Office has appraised at $844,000.
Sikora, who makes $121,350 a year as a judge, said in a telephone interview Thursday that he has the money to make his mortgage payments. What got him in trouble was following the advice of officials at JP Morgan Chase & Co., he said.
With property values in decline over the past year in Cleveland, and mortgage rates the lowest in decades, Sikora sought to refinance. But the bank, he said, declined his request.
“The bank advised me that the only way they would consider a loan modification would be if I fell behind on my payments,” said Sikora, 59, a judge since 1989. “I took their advice and put the money aside.”
Sikora said he was surprised when, in June, during the middle of negotiations, JP Morgan Chase filed the foreclosure lawsuit against him seeking $999,000, including $6,400 in unpaid property taxes.
“It’s unfortunate that it’s gotten to this situation,” Sikora said. “I’ve been talking with them for more than a year, but the bank hasn’t been responsive.”

Truth is, no one is immune from the sharks in he whitehouse or wall street. Although this may serve to scare the pants off of the other judges that might fnd in your favor. There are no ethics aloud in the bogus, defacto courts of america, or any where else on earth for that matter

What? A deadbeat Judge in America! This can not be true. I refuse to believe it.
I had seen attorneys losing their homes, but a Judge. Come on! You know, we actually believe everything anybody said to us. We don’t even question to see anything in writing. Everybody said my cousin Vennie said I have to call the bank because they are going to help me with my loan modification. Then I hear that HUD and NACA help a lot of people to get their loan modification for FREE. Now I hear from FTC that it is illegal to pay a professional to help me with my loan modification. Wait, didn’t I just heard that the banks turned down 700,000 HAMP loan modification applications. I am so confused. I don’t know what to believe anymore and what is worse; I don’t know who to trust. I am so tired of this. He said, she said, they said, heresy thing.
I am getting used to this lying era that it is so popular to lie to anyone and then said I was just kidding. But I am beginning to like the lying in America today because it gives you a lot of room to tell the truth and no one will believe you anyways.
What I am more surprise in this story is that Chase did not try to bribe the Judge with something like making a deal to rule on the banks’ favor next time the judge has a case in front of him that happen to be from Chase.
I would like to see what happens to this Judge’s homes. If he would be able to contest that the bank does not have the note or the assignment of the note, or even the transfer of the assignment of the note to the trustee if his loan was securitized at Wall St.
Wouldn’t it be nice to see how this case will evolve in the next, said 3 months?
Good luck Judge. Hang in there. Chase is going to put 2 to 3 billion dollars aside to deal with litigation this year. This is exactly what Mr. Demon said to Chase’s Stock Holders in their last meeting. If you loose the case against Chase, don’t worry, you can always appeal it. Not matter what happens, at the end, the truth shall set you free.
