No notes or assignments ever recorded (CONVEYED) to perfect or SECURE the collateral lien. This process is required by LAW and the PSA Agreement (contract) to ensure a secured mortgage debt. This means a clear title (deed) for homeowners’s and a VERY clouded title for the banks. This also means that the MORTGAGE DEBT is really an UNSECURED DEBT which means NO WAY can the banks FRAUDCLOSE and then STEAL PEOPLES HOMES. The people’s homes are paid for free and clear. The deed’s have been paid for since the origination by us for a nominal fee. Then a second banker sold us the mortgage for a nominal fee so they could put our mortgages into a bundle of so called mbs’s to make trillions of dollars off of OUR COLLATERAL up there on WALL STREET. Yes, they had their greedy little fingers in everybodies pie. Time the banks called it even with the homeowner’s and STOP FRAUDCLOSING and give the people their houses back that they already have STOLEN through fraudclosures. That would be the only FAIR AMERICAN, DEMOCRATIC thing for the banks to do right now. The jig is up.
